“We recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I couldn't be happier with the experience at this dealership! From start to finish, the entire team was amazing. Everyone was dedicated, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. The finance team and especially Alrando were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We spent around 5-6 hours at the dealership, and it was a pleasant experience thanks to their excellent service. “Jerry is an excellent salesperson, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The finance manager is extremely pushy and prioritizes selling extended warranties over transparency and customer trust, no different from the worst dealership experiences. What is completely unacceptable is the lack of honesty regarding the vehicle’s maintenance. When questioned about services that were not performed, management could not give a straight answer or take accountability. This level of dishonesty over something so minor is alarming and reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. It is very clear that this dealership is focused solely on closing a sale rather than building long-term customer relationships. Buyers should proceed with caution. Sacrificing credibility and reputation just to secure a sale is short-sighted and unprofessional. If they lie about a $20 filter im sure they dont do maintenance to the vehicles like they lie and say they do. Additionally, repeatedly suggesting that I bring the Ram back for a “re-detail” feels more like a tactic to smooth things over than a genuine effort to address the underlying issue. Overall, this experience demonstrates a sales-first, integrity-last approach that I would not recommend to others.”

“I can't thank Nash enough for my brand new beauty 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee X. Listening to my story was most important. I was flipping out of my previous Grand Cherokee and unfortunately I have been battling cancer for the past 4 years. The kindness and understanding is unmatched from surrounding Jeep dealers! It felt different here because I would have medication side effects "hot flashes" while trying to make the deal and I felt so much love and support from the whole dealership. * The owner happened to be there that day and he even sat with me and asked me about myself, gave me a very nice handshake!
