ā€œI had an outstanding experience with this dealership! Antonio on the sales team, Rob in Finance, and Korey, the Site Manager, were all incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Laura, the Customer Liaison, who stayed in constant contact with me from beginning to end. She was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and taken care of. This entire team genuinely cares about their customers and works hard to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more highly. If you’re looking for an exceptional car-buying experience, this is the place to go. Thank you all for making this such a positive and enjoyable experience!ā€

ā€œāāāāā I live two hours away, which meant I treated poor Jack less like a salesman and more like a contestant on *American Ninja Warrior: Dealership Edition.* I came in with a list of demands that could've qualified as a hostage negotiation. Me: "I want **this** color." Jack: "We don't have—" Me: "Find it." Jack: "...Roger that." I was convinced the color I wanted was as real as Bigfoot. Twenty minutes later he's sending me videos and pictures saying, "Found one." Excuse me, sir... are you a salesman or a wizard? Then I told him I wanted deals with my wheels. Instead of giving me the traditional dealership speech, he marched into the finance office like he was leading a military operation. Somehow he came back with exactly what I asked for. The entire process was refreshingly free of dealership nonsense. No disappearing into the magical back room for 47 years to "talk to the manager." No mystery fees. No pressure. No "Let me introduce you to my manager, finance manager, assistant manager, emotional support manager..." Since I live two hours away, Jack handled almost everything through texts and phone calls. No inbox carpet bombing with 73 marketing emails reminding me it's National SUV Appreciation Month. The only hiccup? They found one little "uh-oh" with the vehicle. Instead of pretending it didn't exist or hoping I was legally blind, they immediately said, "We'll fix it," and even wrote it into the contract. That's the kind of honesty that's getting harder and harder to find. The best part was getting a phone call from Jack sounding more excited than I was that everything had been approved. It honestly felt like we'd just won the lottery together. As a fellow brother in arms, I appreciated that Jack carried himself with the integrity, honesty, and straightforward attitude you'd expect from someone who's worn the uniform. He never tried to sell me something I didn't want, never wasted my time, and never fed me a line of BS. So if you're looking for someone who can survive impossible customer demands, wrestle the finance department into submission, communicate like a normal human being, and somehow make buying a vehicle enjoyable... ask for Jack Peterson If he can survive me, he can survive anyone.ā€

ā€œOh, what a grand, majestic experience it is to hand over a pristine 2025 Ram 3500 dually to this absolute powerhouse of mechanical excellence. I rolled in for a basic oil change, a tire rotation, and a quick recall fix. The service writer, radiating the kind of confidence only found in people who have no intention of honoring their word, told me I’d be out by 2:00 PM. Naturally, I finally managed to pry my keys out of their hands around 3:30 PM—and only because I actually went up and bothered them. When I foolishly pointed out that we had missed the "2:00 PM" mark by a mile, I was met with the ultimate customer service line: I should consider myself lucky it even got done today. Silly me! I forgot that doing the actual job I paid for is considered a charitable donation of their precious time. But the real magic happened the next morning. I hop in, and lo and behold, the low tire light is screaming at me. Both front tires were sitting pretty at 62 PSI instead of the recommended 80. Hey, I get it. We can't expect the highly trained professionals operating the air hoses to read numbers. Cut them some slack, guys—they were practically working at breakneck speed to finish a basic three-step service in under eight full hours. Math and time management are hard. The grand finale, however, is what really took my breath away. I treat this truck like it’s made of gold. This dealership, apparently, treats it like a demolition derby reject. The rims and lug covers are absolutely mangled. They managed to inflict actual, physical damage on a brand-new dually during a routine tire rotation. And when I brought this lovely surprise to the service writer's attention? Cue the crickets. Absolute, deafening silence. If you value your sanity, your time, and your vehicle, do yourself a favor and drive right past this circus. Unless, of course, you enjoy paying people to butcher your truck and then act like they did you a massive favor.ā€

ā€œI recently purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Jetta from Patriot in Tulsa, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Edward Hobbs was hands-down one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain all the features, answered every question clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The Jetta itself is in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for—reliable, stylish, and fun to drive. The buying process was transparent, straightforward, and efficient, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking to buy a Volkswagen and want someone you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Edward Hobbs at Patriot Tulsa. This was an A+ experience, and I’ll definitely be back for future purchases and service. HOBBS PUT ME ON THE HIGHWAYā€

ā€œMarcus Jamison was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely personable from start to finish. We were in a bind and needed a vehicle immediately, and he easily could have taken advantage of the situation — but he didn’t. Instead, he was honest, fair, and truly had our best interests in mind. Marcus went above and beyond to get us the best deal for us, and we never once felt like he was just trying to make a sale at any cost. He genuinely cared about helping us get into the best vehicle possible and somehow made the entire process easy and fun. I would refer him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Marcus; you’re the absolute dopest of the DOPE!!!ā€
