“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I recently bought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nelson Mazda, and I waited about a month before writing this review because I wanted to actually spend some time with the vehicle and make sure everything held up. I can honestly say, I absolutely LOVE this car. It has been great, and I’ve had zero issues with it. This also wasn’t my first vehicle from Nelson Mazda. I previously purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang GT from them, and that car has held up incredibly well too. Having two great experiences with the same dealership says a lot. I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to Elijah, Martin, Hallie, and Jimmy. Every single one of them treated me with respect, was transparent with me, listened to what I actually needed, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another sale walking through the door. They genuinely made me feel like they were working for me, not just trying to sell me something. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find when buying a vehicle, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue coming back to Nelson Mazda. Honestly, even if they don’t have the exact vehicle I’m looking for in the future, I’d rather wait for them than go somewhere else. That’s how much I trust this dealership. If you’re looking for a dealership where the people actually care about finding the right vehicle for YOU, I highly recommend giving Nelson Mazda a chance. I took a test drive and did not have to look any further. I wanted one in a white metallic color and Kaleb and Omar worked together to find one right off the delivery truck! Amazing! “Buying from Nelson Mazda - Tulsa was better experience than I have ever had buying a car. No high pressure, no bs, just straight answers and friendly conversation. I drove down from Wichita because they had a 2026 CX-50 premium at a great price / mileage. Justin was fantastic, he spent about an hour on the phone with me the day before answering all my questions and even estimating shipping in case I decided to do that. I drove down instead. When I got there, someone had scratched the paint that morning. Justin even pulled the appraisal pics from when I put my deposit down to make sure when. They made it right, got it fixed for me before I drove home the same day. While I hope I don't have to replace any of our vehicles soon, if I do, I'll look here first.”
