“Rubio, Mario, and Kyle were outstanding throughout my purchase. I bought a 2023 C43 AMG, and they gave me a fair value for my trade. They were professional, helpful, and made the buying process enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I had to work with Sales Manager Matt Smiley. The vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes, yet it had a chipped windshield with both chips directly in the driver’s line of sight and in front of the LED display. When I asked about replacing it as part of the CPO standards, I was told I was “being drastic.” I was also told I could “get out of the car deal and move on” if I wanted to. I found that response rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. A customer raising a legitimate concern about a certified vehicle should be treated with professionalism, not spoken to that way. It was a disappointing experience that overshadowed what had otherwise been an excellent buying process. 10 out of 10 for Rubio, Mario, and Kyle deserve recognition for how well they treated me. Unfortunately, my 0 out of 10 interaction with Matt Smiley left a completely different impression. Customer service starts with respect and legitimacy, and I hope management takes that seriously. Treat people the way you would want to be treated.”
