My service advisor, Victor Cabrera greeted me with a warm smile and was nice enough to educate me on the auto differential setting for my 4x4 Silverado pickup truck. I had left mine in the auto setting. Victor advised me to leave it in 2x4 so as not to permanturely wear out the differential gears. I had ordered a runner board for my truck through GM and had it delivered to the dealership. The service department worked around my busy schedule and managed to install my new running boards in a couple of hours. I appreciate not having to leave my work truck at the dealership all day.
