Of course the whole experience depends and the people involved. The people I had the pleasure to deal with at Bill Luke Marana were awesome. The communication prior to my physical visit was prompt and informative. I was texting with Diana and she took very good care and answered all my questions politely and professionally. When I arrived I was greeted by the salesman Luis Lopez and he did a great job as a sales rep and never once made me feel pressured into anything. The finance is usually were things can get uncomfortable in the car buying process. They set me up with Rolando and I am glad they did. He did an amazing job of explaining things to me and he did his job in offering all the add ons that could be of benefit. Even when I declined a lot of them he did not push. I know I may have cost him a few dollars by not buying all the programs but still, he was very nice and never developed any sort of attitude towards me. I give him 5-Stars on his own! Anyway, the process here was amazing and I can honestly say it was better than I expected from a strictly pre-owned car dealership. I can't call them a "used car dealer' because that sounds cheap and this was as good as the experience I had when I bought my wife's brand new Mercedes.”
