Karen was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and got a great deal. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.ā

āWe purchased our 2022 Traverse from Mike Savoie and have had nothing but positive experiences ever since. Highly recommend!
The sales team made buying our new Traverse easy, and over the years weāve brought it back for routine service, recalls, and other maintenance. The Service Center has always been efficient and easy to work with. Appointments have been on time, communication is clear and weāve always been happy with the quality of the work.
What finally prompted me to leave a review was my most recent experience with the body shop after an accident. From start to finish they were outstanding. David made the estimate process incredibly easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He explained how the insurance claim would work, what the timeline looked like for parts, and how long repairs would take once the parts were actually in. But what really impressed me was how accommodating they were with a loaner car. When I mentioned that I have three kids in car seats and needed enough room to transport all of them, they went out of their way to find a larger loaner that would work for our family. That level of customer service meant so much to me during an already stressful situation. The repairs were completed on time and the entire process was smooth.
Everyone weāve worked with from sales, service and the body shop has been friendly and genuinely so helpful.ā

āEdit: Your response is bogus. My truck did not move from the time I dropped it off 4/29 until it was moved in the shop 4:15 on 5/8. Then tore down 5/11. So, are you claiming the truck was tore down in the parking lot?
Are we also going to address Jody trying to fear me into doing the cooler lines by lying about voiding my warranty if I didnāt? Or an adjuster going to look to approve the work? Those were both lies as well; directly from the warranty company.
The warranty company said they didn't get anything on my truck until 5/11. Again, the day it was actually taken apart.
The oil all over my truck also was not just residual there was no attempt at cleaning up the mess.
I dropped my truck off on 4/29/26
I got a call 4/30/26 that there was a lifter failure (you can tell that by listening to it run) and they wanted $1,900 to diagnose it.
I told him again it was under warranty.
Afternoon 5/4/26: I never heard anything else so I called and Jody told me they had to tear it down but he's waiting on the mechanic to tell him what it needed so he can contact the warranty company. But he would know by the end of the day.
Afternoon 5/6/26: I called again because still no news. I was told it was torn down and he's waiting on the mechanic (same story as before).
Noon 5/8/26: still nothing... so I called yet again. I was told that they finally got it apart (but he said it was apart Wednesday) and it needs lifters, but because of the expense; the warranty company was going to send someone out to look at it to get it approved. But IF he called that day then they would be out on Tuesday.
5/11/26: I got a call at 5pm but couldn't answer due to my work schedule. But no voicemail left.
Morning 5/12/26: Jody called and needed more parts all the sudden. Now I have bad fuel lines and leaking oil cooler lines. If it was tore apart Wednesday and Friday (according to Jody), why wasn't something said to me on those days?
5/14/26: I noticed the truck was parked outside that night.
Morning 5/15/26: I called and asked Jody when I was good to pick up my truck. He said "It should be done this afternoon. The tech is waiting on 1 more part and he can finish putting it back together and it'll be ready"
I asked what they were waiting on because the truck was parked outside last night. He told me it WAS NOT outside. He said "It is in the shop still because we're waiting on a part"
I told him I saw it outside myself last night and he still tried to deny it.
Then I got "I'll go talk to the tech, but I have a customer so I'll call you back" then hung up on me yet again. When he did call back he just said it's a part on top of the valve cover. When I asked specifically what part it was, he wouldn't tell me. Just kept saying a part on top of the valve cover. Shocker, nothing was new when I picked up the truck.
He told me the oil lines were required to be replaced to get the job done. If I didn't have THEM do it then my warranty would be voided if any further issues occurred. He said "If it leaves the shop without having the oil leak fixed then it will be void because they know of the leak now."
So, I called the warranty company and they told me they are not required to be replaced and it WOULD NOT void my warranty if any other issues occured. So I called Jody back and called him out on the parts being required and voiding my warranty.
I also confirmed with the warranty company that they didn't receive anything on my truck until afternoon on Monday 5/11/26. When it was actually tore apart. They also confirmed nobody had to go inspect the truck to get it approved.
So I went from $100 warranty deductible to $1,100 total. Just the oil cooler lines alone they wanted $730+.
I have GPS on my truck and it is pretty well accurate, as I've tested it before. The truck stayed in the same spot behind the shop from Wednesday 4/29 until Friday 5/8 at 4:15 PM when it finally moved into the shop. Then back outside 5/14.
Then tried adding extra parts at pickup.
When I did get it home I noticed oil all over my truck. See pictures.

āI purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango HEMI with only 27k miles from Mike Savoie Chevrolet recently expecting a reliable, well-inspected vehicle.
Same day after sale, it developed a major no-start issue. Fred (sales) was aware of the problem but told me they couldnāt fix when I came in for inspection- didnāt even have the tools for the car. He instructed me to find another dealership myself.
They also could not provide a loaner. I had to search on my own and fortunately took it to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy next door, who diagnosed the issue, replaced the Fuel Pump Module, and provided a loaner while my car was in the shop for over a 9 days.
On top of that:
The dealership failed to provide the RD-108 paperwork after the sale, only purchase agreement was present. When I was pulled over, in Ann Arbor, the police were ready to tow the car. I had to handle all the court paperwork myself, drive back and forth.
My right front tire pressure keeps dropping every time the temperature falls. Right after sale and continues to do so.
For the first month + after buying the car, I was constantly running around trying to resolve these issues on my own instead of enjoying my new vehicle. It feels like they sold me the car and expected me to do all the work to fix their problems. Very disappointing and shady experience.
I reached out multiple times requesting reasonable goodwill assistance and was denied.
Would not recommend this dealership if you expect proper post-sale support.ā

āI had a great experience at Mike Savoie Chevrolet when purchasing my new Suburban. The entire process was smooth and easy. Collin was a great salesman he was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made sure all my questions were answered and worked with me to get the sale done quick.
Helen was incredibly helpful in working through the financing details and made everything simple to understand.
I truly appreciate the teamās professionalism and that there were no games and no hassles and would highly recommend these two.ā
