“Had a great experience buying a car here as a first time purchaser! I had the pleasure of negotiating with Aidan Leline (Sales Rep.) and Doug St. Clair (Sales Mgr.) on a new CX-50. I had been looking to replace my previous vehicle for a while, but I've walked away from cars before because some other dealerships play games. Be it with forced overpriced add-ons (i.e. $200 nitrogen tires), or being too rigid on the sticker (refusing to come even a dollar off MSRP for a car that's been sitting for 3+ months). That was 100% NOT the case here. Aidan and Doug, by contrast, were very serious about presenting a fair deal. The negotiated price of the CX-50 I landed in was to my satisfaction. I didn't feel rushed or pressured through the process. This was the biggest purchase of my life (so far), but Aidan helped make things less frictional, by being upfront and transparent about the price. I was also given all the time I needed to crunch some numbers, as I like to do on any major purchase. That certainly helped put my nervousness at ease! Furthermore, I didn't feel forced to take on anything I didn't want to purchase. Like other dealers, they do offer things like tire or glass protection packages, but it's clear that it's strictly optional. If all you want to buy is the car, then all you have to pay for is the car, and that straightforwardness is something I greatly appreciate! All in all, in spite of my nervousness going in, as is natural with such a big purchase, buying a car with Aidan and Doug here was an honest, fair, and enjoyable experience! If any of my family or friends are curious about buying a Mazda in the future, I now know just the place where they should go!”
