“I did something totally out of the norm & probably something many would say was stupid, but I noticed George Coleman had a 2019 Chevy Colorado for sale. They didn't have any pictures of it, but it said it was white with black interior & low miles. I took a risk & bought it sight unseen. The salesman, Blake, was awesome! I'm sure he thought we were nuts lol. We appreciate him sending pictures of the truck & helping the process run smoothly. We were in & out in what seemed like no time at all. “I had an excellent experience with the service department at George Coleman Ford. When my 2018 Ford Explorer needed repairs, other Ford dealerships couldn’t even get my vehicle in for about a week. George Coleman Ford was able to schedule me within two days, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in. My vehicle required several repairs, including a warranty claim for the water pump, and I was without my transportation for a week and a day. Throughout the process, my Service Advisor, Shayne Virgilio, was professional, courteous, patient, and responsive. He kept me informed, answered my questions, coordinated transportation when my vehicle was ready, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. I also appreciated that Shayne took the initiative to apply my Ford Rewards points to my invoice without my having to remind him. He also shared that he tried to have additional repairs covered under my service contract. Although they ultimately were not approved, I appreciated his willingness to advocate on my behalf. Because of this experience, George Coleman Ford has earned my trust and will be my go-to Ford dealership for future service needs. I also greatly appreciated the dealership’s transportation service. Having Mr. John and Mr. Curtis provide transportation to and from the dealership made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. However her at George colman Ford in travelers rest, they knew exactly what I was wanting and found me a truck that was perfect for me.
