“I was loaned a vehicle when I turned in my 2024 Chevy Traverse to have engine work done. I have run into issues with Fastrak as I paid the fees that I accumulated when I crossed the bridge with the loaner, however I keep getting toll violations from Fastrak associated with the loaner car. I have contacted the dealership 5 times and everytime they say they'll call me back but never do. This place is terrible at costumer service involving their rental cars. They are hoping that I will give up and pay for the Fastrak fees.”
