“The short of it is this place made a deal and Austin is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. The long version is it was Memorial Day and they were busy. We left the game early (which turned out to be one of the best games of the season) and it took us 5 hours to get into finance. No complaints. I left my rental keys in the trade and had to drive back to Florida in the morning.. Austin went and grabbed the car from service and brought it around so I could search for those keys.
