“This is the second time I have gotten service done to my BMW X5M. Both times, I have just pulled up the their service dept & they with no hesitation took my car to be fixed. Yes, these were expensive fixes but this is the only dealership that is willing to take your car in, no appointment. It is very convenient. Each time, Marty communicated very well & made sure he gave me all my options. I appreciate Marty & BMW of Towson for taking the time on car that is really not in good shape. Also a plus, they cleaned my car & that was an A+ :)) The gentleman in the service department are honest and will tell you how it is, good or bad. I know who i’ll ask for if I need to return.
