“I will NEVER bring my car to Towson again! I took it in for an alignment and a recall fix. They said no work needed to be done for the recall since the part was not defective. It took them nearly 5 Hours for the alignment. They also claimed that it needed $6,400 to replace 2 seals, the brakes, and add some coolant. I was told every hour that I was there that they were finishing it up, it's almost done. After 4 1/2 hours I told David that was a lie he had told me too many times. He said he never told me it was almost done. The mechanic even says on the video that it's almost done. Then David told me that it's all rusted and has aftermarket parts on it that were difficult for the certified mechanic to get off. The manager can look at the video of my car. It's not rusted out. If Mini still made factory parts for my 2012 Mini Cooper, then it wouldn't have aftermarket parts on it.
David offered to clean my car after waiting so long. I told him absolutely not, I don't have another 5 hours to waste. Who knows how much that would've cost.
I tried several times to get the measurements of the alignment. David refused to give it too me. Just turned and walked away.
Sitting at a dealership that has torn up furniture for 5 hours is way too long.
Having another employee who's only job is to use the bathroom every 10 minutes ask me why I look sad after being there for over 4 hours is frustrating.
Extremely unprofessional place to deal with.”

“I am grateful to the staff at MINI of Towson for ordering and delivering my Cooper C 2 Door Oxford Edition. They enabled me to follow the production process of this special edition through the MINI app. Sales Manager Carter Wohlschlegel assisted me directly when there was a turnover in staff. Once the car was loaded onto the ship at Southampton, England, Carter also provided the name of the vessel. I was able to track it "across the pond" to Baltimore. I even caught a glimpse of the ship as it was leaving the port of Baltimore. General Manager Jason Rourk guided me through all the paperwork for trading in my old vehicle and finalizing the purchase of my new MINI. Motoring Advisor Sam Master skillfully completed prepping my new vehicle when I went to pick it up. He very personably and professionally guided me through the essential features before I drove it off the lot. I am most pleased with the overall experience. I also love my new MINI!”

“I don't normally write negative reviews but I've had multiple unacceptable experiences with this dealership in the last month.
I first took my car on October 13th because (after multiple recent oil changes) my car alerted me that I needed another oil change. I told Wayne that I had my oil changed recently and was concerned that there was something else wrong with the car. After waiting a very long time, Wayne said that my oil was changed again and that I was good to go. Within about 10 minutes of driving my car away from the dealership, my Mini alerted me that I was low on oil again. So I let Wayne know and he asked that I bring the car back the next day. After waiting several more hours at the dealership, it turns out my Mini didn’t need an oil change, it needed my oil sensor to be changed. Wayne said he “sorry we missed it.” He gave me a loaner car for a day.
On November 12th, I took my car in because my car alerted me that I needed to check my drive train, change my transmission oil, and fill my tires with air. Wayne said it would take 1-2 hours so I waited again, but it ended up taking about 3.5 hours. After I had paid for the services, I was waiting outside for my car to be dropped off out front (for about 15 minutes). Just before I went back inside to see if they had forgotten about me, a worker (whose name I didn’t catch) slowly drove my car around and revealed a large, deep scratch across the driver side of the car. The driver seemed in shock and spoke very slowly explaining that he and another car from the BMW lot got into what he called a “freak accident” where one car was pulling out while another was pulling in and they just didn’t see each other. He said they both caused the accident and neither was at fault. He apologized profusely and added that the other car “looked way worse than mine.” We then went to Wayne together and the driver told his story again. Wayne apologized to me saying that he was sorry I had to wait so long to just end up needing a loaner car.
Wayne said he would send me updates about my car over the next few days, but I didn’t hear anything until the following Tuesday when he called to say it was ready. When I came in, he said that the “good news” was that your employee who damaged my car wasn’t actually at fault, it was the BMW driver! This struck me as very strange because that is not what the Mini driver told me. I asked if that meant the BMW detailer was paying for the labor to fix my car and Wayne said yes and that he “thought they even detailed the Mini for free for the inconvenience.” He took me out to my car and not only was it not detailed, there was still a small dent in the side of my car remaining from the accident and some chipped paint and scratches as well. I pointed this out to Wayne and he didn’t address it. I told him that I was very disappointed in the services I had received here and that I would like a refund. He said that he wouldn’t have the power to do that but he would “have Allen call me.”
You have yet to call me or reply to my email. A final sour note to this story is that within a few minutes of driving home from your dealership my car alerted me that I still had low air pressure in one of my tires!
Your services here have been unacceptable. My main grievances are: receiving an oil change I didn’t need, spending hours waiting and driving back and forth to your dealership unnecessarily, Wayne and the driver admitting to multiple mistakes, and then not having my car fully fixed when I picked it up.”
