“I had a great buying experience with Alejandro Sanchez (salesperson) and Ina (in finance) they were great and didn’t try to add any extras on the car during paperwork. The only reason I took a star off is because after I got outside to get delivery of the vehicle, I noticed a chip on the windshield, right where Alejandro was putting the temp registration. I told him “looks like I missed that when I was checking out the car, and he kind of just brushed it off and put the temp registration on. It would have been a nice gesture to offer to have a vendor put some resin in it. I took it the next day and spent $100 to have it filled in. They did give me a due bill to fix the headliner on the convertible, I’ll call them this week to arrange it, hopefully that goes smooth.”
