“We had a great experience at Yark Auto when we bought our Subaru. From the sales guy(Jay) to the manager, everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. As two women (my mom and I) coming in to buy a car, we were treated with kindness and never felt talked down to or pressured. They were very accommodating, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process smooth. We’re extremely happy with our Subaru and would absolutely recommend Yark Auto to others.”

“First experience with Yark. After expressing interest online in a newly arriving used vehicle that wasn’t yet available, I was immediately contacted by Mia who continuously kept me informed of the status, set up a test drive followed by a seamless well informed purchase process. Next came the dreaded financing meeting. Michael was amazing! I really appreciated no surprise fees like a nitrogen package or special protective coating. Arrival to test drive and out the door in less than an hour. Well oiled machine. Thank you Mia and Michael for a fantastic experience . You represented Yark well.”

“I purchased a $45,000 Subaru Outback from Yark Subaru on Central Ave. First time buying a brand-new car with all the extras. At 18 months the car play in the car quit working. It would intermittently work. Took it into the dealership. They did updates and said it was working. As soon as I drove away it stopped working. I was told by the service manager that it was my phone not the car. I went to Apple 3 times to buy a new phone. Each time Apple told me it was not my phone. (Thank goodness for Apple). Finally, the dealership called Subaru, and they started replacing parts in my car. The General Manager told me they could only do what Subaru told them to do. So, the service department let my car sit on the lot for 7 weeks, until they were told to replace something else. Finally, I decided I didn't want my car back I was told I could get trade in $27, ish for my car. I would be out a lot of money to buy a new car. Then all of a sudden, I get a call that it's working. Service person while replacing the microphone noticed a loose connection. He tightened it and the car play works. When I picked up the car they had been test driving it for 7 weeks, the gas tank was almost empty, and the car was filthy. The customer service department apparently can't function without Subaru (who doesn't see or touch the car). I spoke with the GM and he refused to compensate me for 6 months of aggravation and anxiety. Steer clear of Yark on Central.
