“Had a service appointment at 10:30am. Got there at 10:10. The service area was full on the right side had two cars on left. Parked out stopped out side open garage door. After 5min a service guy came out to check in a truck ahead of me. Never acknowledged me. Left the garage area. Then came back out and empty the cars outback of the garage. At 10:26 Still not acknowledging me. Then closed the garage door. While I backed up to a parking spot he walked behind me to get a car to pull in the garage! What happened??? Came home to make sure I was not invisible. I did go in to cancel my appointment first! Didn't want to be as rude as the white haired non service person!”

Great communication and frequent updates throughout the process. They were able to give me a fair price on the vehicle. Finally, during the check-out process they were very transparent and not at all pushy about the optional upcharge packages. All in all, would definitely consider buying from them again.”
