“Dealership diagnose my vehicle. After they tested, they informed me it was not covered under warranty. I left specific requests to not do any work if it was outside the warranty. In addition the diagnosis, it was stated the Ford master tech could not duplicate the truck bed camera fault. I duplicated it upon pickup after paying for the "service" not impressed. Disappointed. Backstory this vehicle was a demo ev truck. It had over 1500 miles when I got it on the odometer. It was the only one they had so I purchased it. The camera was showing issues 11 days after purchasing the vehicle. However when I made an appointment a month after getting to fix it, the appointment was canceled because the day of the appointment the camera started working. It was a double painful to not only find out I'm out of luck because I wanted too long (after the advice of the tech) but also I had to pay for diagnostics, and even that they could not do correctly.”
