“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We went car shopping for my daughter, and the first and only place we went to was Family Hyundai. From start to finish our experience was amazing! Our salesman, Gio, was absolutely wonderful! He was so very kind and knowledgeable. And, there was also, Maverick, who made "signing on the dotted line" so easy. Thank you Family Hyundai for making this special moment in my daughter's life unforgettable!”

I just purchased a car from Family Hyundai and had such a great experience! Gio was my salesman and he was amazing from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
Robbie was my finance manager and handled all of my paperwork. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and made the financing process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Family Hyundai — and ask for Gio and Robbie!”

“No one greeted or helped out although established arrival time over the phone.Had a good dealer but not a great financial advisor here. My vehicle is financed via Hyundai yet no loyalty program available, no reward for being on time with payments or for seeking to trade in a desirable car.
Be aware that Hyundai has issues with backup camera as is not switching off timely, with quick lower gear switching as when you need to slow down fast and is rolling when using parking brake. Moreover head rests push you forward causing improper body alignment.I would not buy again a SUV here.I was not the only unhappy client; as we exited another couple stated: now let’s see some Volvos - which are next door.”

I had a really great experience at Family Hyundai. I know odd to say because you can be at these places for hours. Mark Holder was my salesman and made me feel comfortable and we had a great conversation. We got to know each other and shared personal experiences that we could both relate to. Mark was so patient and answered all my questions. Additionally, Mike Ruffolo the finance guy was great with answering all my questions and explaining the $. Mike also held friendly conversation getting to know him a bit on a personal level. He also offered some personal advice outside of the sale that I really appreciated. I truly felt they both cared. The most important part is neither one of them pressured me into anything and they didn't give off your typical car salesman vibes. Such a great experience at Family Hyundai! If you happen to go tell Mark and Mike I said hi 😀.”

“We are so grateful for Grant Illsley snagging us as we arrived at Family Hyundai. He was extremely personable, down to earth, and turned the daunting and long process of buying a car into a positive experience for us. We were looking at used Santa Fe's and Palisades that I had found on Carfax and cross referenced with their business website. Both sites seemed very up-to-date. We needed 3 rows to have space for 3 dogs, with adequate a/c ventilation for dogs in back, but our budget was our highest priority. Grant was the MOST respectful of our time and needs. When a Santa Fe I was interested in couldn't be quickly located on the lot, he got the keys to another comparable one so I could get a feel of how the Santa Fe's smaller engine drove. I ended up loving the sleek Palisade XRT that seemed to be a favorite of multiple (and used by) other staff members. While waiting our turn to get our documents signed and finalized, Grant overheard our concerns for timing and our pets' dinners and he relayed those concerns to the finance director, Mike Ruffolo, who then continued to show us the same respect of our time and needs while he sped us through the end process.
Buying a car comes with enough pressures, Grant helped to alleviate some and never applied more unnecessarily, and for that we are the most thankful. I enjoyed talking all things dog with Grant and Mike, you both made us feel more like friends and less like just another sale. I'll be checking in with Grant in the future when we're ready to get another car.”
