Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

“I had service done on my vehicle by a guy on 7/22/26 and I wasn’t pleased at all with what he had been doing with my Jeep. I get a call from Tino asking me for the key to the hood of my vehicle so I walk to the back where they were servicing my vehicle to open it for them. Sidenote, Tino was excellent and had nothing to do with this! He helped me out and was great! Thank you Tino! So as I’m walking through the service shop the guy that had been waiting for my hood to be unlocked says to me “man you got one hell of a sound system in here”. It caught me off guard and I didn’t pay too much of attention to what he had said because I was trying to get the hood unlocked so he could service my Jeep. I noticed that he had my driver side rear door open, tailgate door and back window wide open. The service that was being done on my vehicle didn’t require for any of those other doors to be open. He had been playing my music and trying to see how it sounded which he had no business doing! When I first arrived to the dealership I intentionally turned the volume of my music all the way down to 0 and my bass knob was completely off. As soon as I pull off from the dealership I notice that the volume had been turned up and my bass knob had been turned to the max! I have never driven with my music playing and the bass was to the max. This was totally unacceptable and out of his job description. The subs inside of my vehicle had been blown and none of that had been going on until he had serviced my vehicle and stated messing with things that didn’t concern the job. Once again I’d like to thank Tino for checking me in and providing me with great customer service! I hope I never have to experience a guy like the one who had been working on my Jeep ever again. Totally unprofessional!”
