They go out of their way to help. And went out of their way and went and picked up a truck from another lot and brought it to this lot while we went to have lunch. Bc yes we bought it there. But when you get service like that why would you buy any where else. Thank you for all you help. Nice job to everyone there. Everyone was nice and friendly. And we were able to truck our truck that same day. They couldnt get it cleaned up but they did fell it up with gas. They ordered are side steps and will put them on soon as they come in. They said they would clean it up when we brought it back to have side steps installed. But, everyone done everything possible and I mean super nice and friendly. So we will clean it up.”

“I bought a new Chevy Silverado RST at Prince in Valdosta.. Love my new truck.! Very happy with it. Came in for my first service and asked them to be sure and torque my lug nuts at 140 ft lbs as recommended by GM when they rotated the tires. The service associate said that they don't have a torque wrench in the service department and that 140 ft lbs of torque was a lot! Said the y have a torque stick? Something that goes on their impact gun that's 60lb but they might have one that goes up to 100. ? Service rep who just walked up here, very nice guy, said they would borrow a torque wrench and torque my lugs to specs per my request. I appreciate them doing that for me and I'm raising my 1 star review to 3 stars but... A service center at a new vehicle dealership that performs service on vehicle's should have the proper tools to PROPERLY perform the service YOU ARE PAYING FOR. I'm not a mechanic but I have a torque wrench! Lol.”
