“The sales people Chriswell was attentive to my needs. Mike read my mind when it came to my auto needs and went out of his way to sell me a truck. On the other hand, though the overall appearance of the truck's exterior an interior was bright and shiny, detailing left a lot to be desired. For instance, Windows and mirrors were streaky and there was wax residue left on the running boards and hood and fender areas. Furthermore, I was told there would be a full tank of gas when I pick the truck up, there was not. Overall, I give the staff at Chriswell's a ( B+).”

“Criswell is about 800 miles away from me. I was looking for a 2026 2500hd LT with certain options. I search the web for about a month and finally found the truck but it was in Maryland. I live in northern Illinois. Chris Bruce called me and wasn’t the typical salesman. Not only was the price right but he answered any questions I had and even explained the buying/shipping process cause I’m out of state. After the conversion I hung up feeling good but still continued my search local just cause iv never purchased a new truck like that.
