“I love the service dept. They are accommodating. I'm definitely keeping my Carbon edition CX9 that ai have already put 50K miles on it since buying it used with 100k miles on it. Not too happy on the new CX90 inline 6 in which I was going to buy next. Drive, comfort and reliability on the new motor an issue for me. Might get another CX9 or a CX90 with a different motor. Nonetheless. Happy with the service.”
