“If I could give this place a zero I would. From the time that we bought the car the second day that we were off the lot the check engine light came on. Then we take the car back comes out to be two weeks later it's the turbo in the car. We told that it was fixed but yet they fired their mechanic and come out to be that you cannot fix the turbo at ages regular shop you have to send it to the dealer which was never done. So we waited 3 weeks and yes they did give us a car to drive in that they did not have to do but from the time we bought the car it was a piece of crap. So then a month later the turbo goes out again because they fixed the car at their shop and they screw was broke in it then they finally send the car to a so-called dealer that is now closed down and no longer open supposedly and we couldn't get the turbo the car started smoking look like the car was on fire when you drove it down the road. So it had to be repossessed and sent back because I was not going to put thousands and thousands of dollars in a car that I was already paying thousands of dollars for. And by this point we were already passed our so-called warranty so they wouldn't do nothing for us. So I strongly suggest if you get a car from this place that you have a real mechanic check the car not there mechanics because it seems like they get their mechanics just somewhere off the street that don't know what the hell they're talking about or does not want to work. And then you just get jerked around by everybody in there. And then when you try to talk to somebody the owner gets pissed off at you like it's your fault. So please anybody that goes here just before warned that's all I have to say”

I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado from Austin at High-Thom Motors, upon meeting him he was very thorough about the truck, he wasn’t pushy by any means and answered every question we had. Not to mention he gave me a great deal on the pick up! A few weeks later I contacted Austin and let him know I was having some problems with what I thought to be the transmission, he gave me a time to drop it off he took the truck to a shop that repairs their warranty vehicles. We received the truck back shortly after with a completely rebuilt transmission as well as some upgrades, and the best part was I HAD TO PAY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET!!!!!!!! Austin and his team covered the whole bill that was nearly $4,000 dollars, the customer service is top notch!!
