“The salesperson is the key to a good experience. First of all I had direct communication with my salesperson Sonny Hand by mobile phone. He always responded quickly. Second the sales manager Matt backed him with all the details. No running back and forth to get managers approval. My deal happened smoothly without a single hitch.”

I have bought new and used Fords exclusively because of a bad warranty service experience on a brand new Monte Carlo in 1978. I have owned over 30 Ford cars and trucks, from new Cobra Mustangs to F250 diesel trucks. Ford has always treated me right and Southern Ford is the best dealer I have traded with.”
