“I can't say enough good things about them. They were straight forward and to the point. They didn't waste my time with any back and forth nonsense. Being a woman, buying a car can be difficult most of the time and I often feel like I'm getting jerked around like I don't know what I'm talking about. I never once felt that way here. We came from Bloomington to use them because of their customer service. Josh is amazing! Since he's the manager I never had to deal with a middle person going back and forth to get answers. I got an amazing deal on a new car and a very fair price on my trade in. They are kind and helpful. We did almost everything over the phone so that when I went in all I had to do was sign the papers. Tyler was very helpful in the office. I had a few questions about the car and he made sure to find the answers for me. He also called a few days later to check in and make sure I was happy with the car and see if I had any questions. The financial aspect was quick and easy as well. Josh and his team are top notch! My sister also has a Kia Telluride and will be in the market for a new one in the next couple of years. She said she will come all the way from Asheville, NC to use them because I had such a good experience.”
