“Awesome customer service!!! About 2 weeks ago I had taken my 2021 Ram in for an oil change and 10-point inspection. My regular service guy wasn't there yet, and I had a new service person take care of me that day. His name is Kaleb Morgan. He was quick and to the point and sat with me and explained the inspection and what trouble items had been found. I returned the truck later that week for them to fix the problems. While the truck was being worked on another problem was identified. Kaleb called me back and let me know immediately what had to be done and how he could help. He procured me a vehicle with Mac Haik while my truck had to be worked on, and I had no problems at all with picking it up or the communication with Kaleb throughout this situation. I am forever grateful to Kaleb and all his hard work and patience with me to get it taken care of. I work in customer service, so I know what good customer service, and I received excellent customer service with Kaleb Morgan at Mac Haik in Temple, TX. I am one happy customer and will continue to do business with the company and Kaleb when I return for maintenance with my vehicle.”
