“We visited AutoNation Toyota Tempe on a Sunday morning to potentially purchase a particular used vehicle but ended up driving home in our first-ever brand new vehicle, a 2026 RAV4 XSE. Buying a car is usually a chore, but Alexander Nunes made it an experience. Alex is a rare find in this industry: relaxed, funny, and genuinely passionate. He felt more like a friend than a typical salesman. The highlight was watching Alex work. Since we were buying the only 2026 RAV4 on the lot, it felt like a carcass being circled by hyenas—other salesmen and customers were constantly hovering. It was quite comical. Alex did a great job fending them off so we could focus on making the deal. Despite the naturally exhausting nature of the financing process, Alex made the day much easier with his comedy. He is the first salesman I’ve worked with who felt like he was working for us rather than the dealership. He was honest, fair, and never pushy. He even offered to drive 50 miles round-trip to Maricopa to pick up our cashier's check just to save us the trip. We declined because it was our responsibility, not his. That level of selflessness after the sale and after his commission was already 'locked in' says everything about his character. While i have had issues in the service center in the past, i would not hesitate buying a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Tempe in the future. All of the staff that we dealt with in the showroom and in the financing office were great. Make sure you ask for Alex Nunes if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, he is top notch.”

“5 out of 5 at this dealership. I've been shopping around for a new truck that fits my needs, my price, and the looks i want for awhile. In my search I came across this dealership through a friend of mine who recommended this dealership who previously dealed with Nick Sanchez. I connected with Nick and we worked over the phone and that experience is what sent me on a 3+ hour drive to this dealership. Guys honest and straight to the point. Dude even went out all out and provided as much info and media I needed on the possible truck prospect and then some. Guy really knows his stuff too and gave me pointers on what I should get to upgrade my truck with when its time too. As for the dealership, its huge, busy, clean, and lots of vehicles in and out all day. Vehicles are really well spaced out so you can properly give them a look around. Plenty of sitting space inside too. Theres also a little kids area to keep them entertained with a movie or shows. Lots of accessory display but could be a little more but that isn't a complaint. I highly recommend anyone shopping around to check this place out.”
