We reside in San Francisco and my hubby especially was not comfortable about making a purchase from afar. Cruz, (a Denver Broncos fan), was my point of contact and he was solid! Chargers will get them next season. Mike and Naryssa were also very pleasant and professional. This company is the real deal, and I can't say enough good things about them... They have a solid business model in that they have on site mechanic. They do it all.
