“I purchased a vehicle yesterday from Hello Subaru of Temecula, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize my sales representative, Josh, for making the entire experience such a positive one. From the beginning, Josh was professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Before I even came to the dealership, he sent me a detailed video of the vehicle, answered my questions, and made sure I had the information I needed without ever making me feel pressured. That level of communication and transparency made a big difference and gave me confidence in making the trip to see the car. Once I arrived, Josh continued to provide excellent service. He was straightforward, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Josh made the experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I also want to recognize Matt, one of the sales managers, who went above and beyond during the financing process. After the initial financing was arranged, Matt took the extra initiative to call the bank back and ask if they could offer me a lower interest rate. He didn’t have to do that, but he made the extra effort on my behalf, and I truly appreciated it. I also appreciated the other sales manager who helped complete the transaction and provided me with a USB drive containing all of my purchase documentation. The entire process felt organized and professional. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, and I felt that I received a fair deal. Most importantly, I appreciated the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Josh was outstanding from the first interaction through the purchase, and Matt’s extra effort with the financing was the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend Hello Subaru of Temecula, and if you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Josh. No other dealer could come close on our trade in. It makes it so much easier to handle it all at the same place, vs attempting to sell at CarMax and then buying at a dealer. It was also an actual person (Jacob) and not an AI bot. The continued communication was quick, clear, competent, and professional.
