“On Friday, May 9, 2026, I scheduled an appointment with Hello Mazda through their automated system for May 11, 2026, which was simple and easy. When I arrived, Jonah greeted me at the front and was very knowledgeable about how extended warranties work with some companies, which saved me a lot of money. He confirmed that the issue with my CX-30 was the battery. Jonah showed me a helpful video that demonstrated how well the car was maintained. He tested my battery and found no charge, and thankfully, I didn’t need to go through any costly diagnostic checks that I initially expected. Jonah's customer service and kindness were absolutely AMAZING. I will definitely request Jonah for any future assistance. He truly deserves 10 stars! Thank you Jonah!”

They provide you with video of the inspection walkthough, pretty cool to see the car and very transparent. “Outstanding service from Steven, Miguel and the rest of the team. We were looking for a CX-50 with a particular color and in 100 miles area, only Hello Mazda of Temecula had it at the dealership. We called in before heading over, and Steven took time to give a rough estimate of lease - so we were better prepared. Once we got there, Miguel specially came to welcome us. He had the car ready for us the test drive. After the test drive, he took us to meet Steven, who confirmed the lease details exactly as we had discussed over the phone. Afterwards, it took about an hour to sign everything and we were on our way!
