“I hadn't purchased a car in over a decade, and was dreading the experience. Fortunately the team at DCH Kia of Temecula made the process far easier than I had feared.
Browsing their online inventory, I saw a used vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. After a quick call and a chat with Renan, he had grabbed the keys and scheduled me a same-day appointment to look at it.
The actual purchasing process was smooth. Renan was fantastic - very friendly and happy to offer clear explanations every step of the way. As soon as I completed the test drive, I was sold.
Finance is usually the challenging part, with tons of paperwork and convoluted contracts that I was not looking forward to. Jessica made the whole thing a breeze, and significantly faster than I had expected. Every question I had she was quick to explain clearly and concisely, and she provided details on each of the forms we went through.
All in all, I had a wonderful car buying experience with DCH Kia of Temecula. My new car is exactly what I wanted, and the team made it easy to get. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle in the future.”

“We love our EV9 but the dealer/salesman didn’t explain the issue with tires on a heavy electric vehicle. We had rear bald tires at about 10k miles. Was told the tires need tire rotation at about 3k miles cause of the weight of the car. Was told I had to buy 4 new tires couldn’t have a rotation done in r anything.
Finally found a shop in Temecula that would replace only 2 tires. I was happy but he did tell me these are the cheapest tires you can possibly put on your car. I was ok with that as the price was good.
Picked up the car and realized the new tires were exactly the same ones that came stock with the car when we bought it brand new.
Great cars poor information when selling cars and service department can use some training.”

“I really wanted to give DCH Kia a good review, but after two experiences with their service department, I can’t.
The first time I came in for an oil change, I scheduled online, arrived on time, checked in, and waited for over two hours, only to look outside and realize my car was still sitting in the drive thru untouched. I eventually had to leave because I had work responsibilities and could not continue waiting.
This most recent experience was even more frustrating. My car has been shuddering during light acceleration, so I brought it in before my warranty expired. Unfortunately, my vehicle hit 60,000 miles as I was literally pulling into the dealership, so I was told it could no longer be covered under warranty. I even took a photo of my odometer at 59,999 miles while turning into the dealership because my timing was apparently that tragic.
They advised me that diagnosis and the oil change could take 1 to 2 days. I asked about a shuttle service and was told they did not currently have one available, so my boyfriend had to come pick me up.
Around 5pm that evening, I received a text saying they could not replicate the issue but would complete the oil change. After that, communication completely stopped. The next morning I called the service department repeatedly between 9:15am and 1:30pm. I left voicemails, had the scheduling center send messages to my advisor, and even tried replying to the text I had received, only to discover it was not a working number. No one answered. No one returned my calls. The online portal still showed my vehicle had not even been brought back yet.
At that point, I had no choice but to arrange another ride to the dealership because I needed my vehicle for work and to pick up my children from school. When I finally spoke with my advisor in person, he told me my vehicle had actually already been finished.
Then I got in my car and noticed it now had 60,001 miles on it. So the diagnosis that “couldn’t replicate the issue” appears to have involved driving the vehicle exactly one mile after my warranty expired. If the issue happens during normal driving and light acceleration, I’m honestly not sure how a one mile drive would’ve been enough to properly evaluate it in the first place. I’ll be including photos of the odometer at 59,999 and 60,001 because at this point it feels necessary.
The biggest issue here is communication. When customers leave their vehicles in your care, there needs to be a reliable way to reach someone in the service department for updates or questions. Not being able to get ahold of anyone for hours while my vehicle was there was incredibly frustrating and stressful.
I understand that things happen and departments get busy, but this has now been two poor experiences in a row, and based on other reviews, this does not seem uncommon.”

“I looked at many cars: Honda (my previous car and I loved it), Toyota, Lexus, . Dorian was my salesman and he was no -pressuring. No back and forth with the agency manager keeping me there forever. He explained their several offers for discounts and financial offers. I was accompanied by my husband first and then a very good guy friend who has helped 5 girlfriends purchase new cars. He knew how to achieve the best deal for me. I chose the Sportage model and decided to go with a hybrid. I liked the dashboard (it’s Infotainment screen), a spare tire, large trunk space for the mid-size SUV, roomy backseats, charging station for my cell phone and others riding in the car and that I can go 500+ miles on a tank of gas. Dorian spent time setting up and pairing my devices to the car and promised to answer questions whenever I had them - and I believe him. Jessica their financial officer was helpful also. It’s been 2 weeks and I really enjoy driving this SUV. Time for a road trip!! Thanks KIA of Temecula.”

“Lilliana Ramos was absolutely amazing to work with. As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly nervous about the whole process, but she made everything easy and smooth from start to finish. She was able to get us approved for a 2019 Kia Optima and worked hard to make sure we got a great price.
What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about us as buyers. She didn’t treat us like just another sale — she wanted it to work out for us, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people.
If you’re going to Kia, ask for Lilliana Ramos. You won’t regret it!”
