“I brought my 2023 Honda CR-V in for a timing issue and expected competent service. Instead, I received a call over the weekend informing me that the technician forgot to reconnect the coolant reservoir. By the time I checked the vehicle, the reservoir had fallen between the engine and cooling fans and had melted. Forgetting to reconnect a critical cooling system component is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of quality control. This mistake could have resulted in severe engine damage and left me stranded. I have completely lost confidence in this shop’s workmanship. If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I spoke to Tim and he did not seem sorry at all.”

I explained exactly what vehicle I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, and how I planned to handle the financing. He checked with his manager and they accepted the deal. I was able to start most of the paperwork from home. There was a small glitch during the process, but the salesperson and manager worked together to fix it quickly. Once we arrived at the dealership, the finance process took about 15 minutes and we were driving away in the new car roughly 20 minutes later. Overall it was a smooth, straightforward experience. If they continue doing business this way, I’d gladly buy another car from them.”
