“I finally bought an e-tron for my wife; I'd been looking for a car for months. Millard worked with me. He communicated very well throughout the entire transaction, answered all my questions, and most importantly, he didn't try to sell me any of the silly services that dealers usually try to sell you, like a tracking device that costs $10 on Amazon, but you buy it along with a car for several thousand dollars, and it's impossible to remove it from the contract.
