I purchased my 22' Tundra SR5 with 33k miles from another Gettel dealership further south. About a year later, I got a letter from Toyota HQ telling me that a remedy is ready for my truck. I contacted this dealership and the Service Advisor was more than helpful. He was able to get me in the dealership the next day to confirm the recall, performed an inspection and even informed me that I had Toyo-Care and was able to rotate my tires for free. He ordered my new engine per the recall and was not too pushy about the brake pads on my truck. (I do my own schedule maintenance and will not pay a dealership for that). He was nice enough to throw in a free cabin filter which is a small gesture but goes a long way and also informed me that the engine should take about 4 to 6 weeks. About 2 weeks later, he called me and let me know that there was an engine available for me since someone that had theirs already ordered was not able to come in. I was able to drop the truck off on the same day and get a rental car in about 30 minutes. 3 days later the truck was ready with the recall completed. The work seems excellent as of now, no complaints. The process was very easy and painless. BTW my truck was working fine at almost 43K.

This was our first experience with Gettel Toyota and it was great! Our salesman Roy Simmons was the first to greet us with a smile and handshake. What a great first impression. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted being they did not have exactly the one I wanted in their lot. The whole process was easy and seamless and we drove away happy with our new vehicle. Definitely will be a repeat customer:)

I went in on January 23rd 2026 for my first service on my new car. Also needed a window tint they done back in September to be replaced due to air bubbles. Also had two tires with nails in them. And two of my rims that r blacked out have chips in them. I was told the rim guy was out that day. Sat there from 11:30am to 4pm and they only replaced the two tires. They made me an appointment for Tuesday at 8:30am to come back. So now Tuesday I get there and go sit in lobby. They came back to tell me the rim guy is out again with flu so that will not get done again. My salesman sees me sitting there and asked why I was back. To make a long story short. He goes and gets the service manager and he tells me I don’t have the wheel package, which I do. Then my service guys tells me at 12:30 they r getting ready to do tinting. After 8.5 hours at dealership only done was two tires. They scratched my wheels all up when they replaced my tires. I’m assuming it was when they removed the weights from the old tires. Said they washed my vehicle, which they did not do either. I am so upset with the service department that this is totally uncalled for. I’ll add pics of my car after they said they washed and the wheels that r all scratched up. What should I do?

Wanna give a shout out and 5 stars to Nancy Sanchez, Javier Basconb, Osmany Labrada and Tony Roche. Went into the dealership today and had the best customer service experience with each of them. Left with the truck I always wanted. They were professional but down to earth at the same time and made me feel like family. The process was very easy and exceeded my expectations. Happy to be part of the Toyota Family!!! Thank you!!!

This was my first time buying a car and I’ve shopped around at other dealers but I heard such a great reviews and my in laws bought their cars from here as well with no issues. Jad was our salesman and he was kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Since this was my first time he made the process painless and explained everything, which helped ease my mind.
