“Save your time and money the manager is not honest saying he would fix a head gasket on my car if I bought the part and wants to say 3 days later on he didn't say we didn't talk about a head gasket. I've had surgery on my shoulder October 2025 needing a reliable vehicle no stress or problems. I bought the car outright under 12 grand and had a bolt missing I found out after having it looked at a few weeks later, the mechanic shop seeing the bolt missing and oil on my ignition coils, they fixed the bolt, later had misfire in cylinder 1 hence from the oil over the weeks getting into the coils, 650$ later fixed that problem, less than a week my car was overheating, pulled over immediately and cooled down for a hour because its bad to add coolant when engines hot, put some coolant in to make it to mechanic shop I go to (Was a mile away) they diagnose it to be a thermostat I needed and fixed and made sure ran properly after installing (checking air pressure, fluids, oil etc) I provided invoices of the work to him when I towed it to five star auto to look and address what needed to be done after him seeing it needing a head gasket and saying in person that's what it needs if it starts and still runs. Agreed on in person I get the part for the head gasket he would fix it. Tirso's Ochoa (manager) text: I'd never said I will do it head gasket for you so I am not going to talk about that anymore I said to you and find you the cheapest way to fix your car and if it was the oil separator of course you pay for the part I'll put it in that is just an oil separator not a head gasket a head gasket it is a major job here and anywhere in this country maybe around the world as well we are not making money on the repair you're passing on to you the price that we get for the mechanic it doesn't work for free to do it for us as a wholesale. Please let me know when you make a decision on what you're going to do.”

“I recommend taking the negative reviews seriously. And If you find a car you really like here, make sure to have it inspected by a professional mechanic before purchasing. I bought a car from this dealership on 9/1/23 for $27.6K. In less than three years, I’ve had to take it in for repairs 10 times and have spent over $6.3K so far. That level of repair is not normal, especially considering I work from home and haven’t put many miles on the vehicle. And I still have additional issues that need to be addressed. Shortly after purchasing, I initially left a review when I started noticing issues and had tried to get the owner to address them. He contacted me, apologized, and said the problems would be fixed. After the repairs were completed, he asked me to remove my review, which I did. Looking back, I shouldn’t have. I understand that car ownership comes with maintenance costs, but the number and severity of repairs I’ve experienced go far beyond typical wear and tear. Just be cautious and do your due diligence before buying.”
