“Let me start by saying, I’ve bought “many” trucks over the years. 12 RAMs since 1996. I’ve had some really good sales folks and some shysters. I’ve “seen the gambit” of sales people. I pulled into CDJR of Tampa Bay and Rene happened to be in the parking lot. He didn’t “rush” me, which I’ve had salesmen do. (standing at my door before I can turn the truck off) He waited and greeted me. Nice, respectful young man. Asked what I came in for and understood my intentions. I wanted my 2500 RAM Bighorn (38,000 miles) appraised before we started considering a new vehicle. Rene, being a new salesman, had his Sales Manager, Jason, consult with me, also. I got the appraisal and I knew what truck I wanted. Between Jason, Rene and the “Used Car Manager”, we came to an agreement on the value of my 2500. Then came the negotiation. Jason was able to get the price of the 1500 Laramie to the “number” I was comfortable with. Then the “paperwork” started. I’ve bought enough trucks, I know what the “paperwork” entails. Rene, being a new salesman, he wanted to be sure he was doing all of the steps correctly. I helped him, a little but, Carlos and Al guided him through the rest of the process. Everyone at this dealership, sales wise, worked as a team. Refreshing to see. We came to an agreement (appraisal vs. new truck price) and started the financing process. Azemee (not sure I spelled his name right. Sorry, bro.), who I’ve worked with before, had all of the docs aligned and made the process seamless. Aemee “took care of me” and even got my previous GAP balance refunded. I’ll get that in a few weeks. All in all, I have to say, this has been the most “pleasurable” truck buying transaction I’ve had in years. Yes. Rene is a “new salesman” but, the young man cares about the customer. That’s rare these days. 5 stars it is. Here’s what concerns me. I’ve read many reviews on the service department. Some, not so favorable. I sure hope THIS “Chrysler” service department is much better than the last “dealership” I dealt with. No judgement yet. As for sales?? Find Rene. Good guy, wants to do things right and cares about his customers. I’d buy my next truck if he were my sales guy. Matter of fact, I’d ask for him.”

“I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in for a road force balance and alignment. It took them four hours to complete the job. When I inspected the wheels, I noticed that only one tire had its weights replaced, and there were no markings on the tire indicating that the road force procedure wasn’t performed. The alignment was pulling to the left, the steering wheel was crooked, and there was still a vibration. I returned the next day at 8:20 am and expressed my concerns to the service advisor. They brought the truck back six hours later and informed me that they had broken my TPMs sensor but replaced it. Their is still slight vibration, the alignment was now good. I was disappointed with the service I received. I had expected a Dodge dealer to know what they were doing, but clearly, they didn’t. I would recommend taking your vehicle to an independent shop that takes more pride in performing these types of services. This place is a joke. Now I have to take more time off to take care of the vibration issues. The tires on the truck are Nitto recon grapplers.”
