I had the best possible experience at Automaxx USA and seriously can’t say enough good things about Sal and the dealership! From the start everyone was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Sal was awesome to work with and he genuinely cared about helping me and getting me the best possible outcome. He was super professional, patient, honest and genuinely helpful. He really went out of his way to work with me and make sure everything felt right. Getting my Hellcat felt like a dream and I still can’t believe it. Their vehicles are top of line, clean, well maintained, and no funny issues! I’ve never felt less worried about buying a used vehicle before! You can tell they take pride in their inventory, and they know about their cars. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares and puts quality and transparency first then Automaxx USA is the move. Ask for Sal, you won’t regret it!

"I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Automaxx to look elsewhere. I purchased a 2019 Jaguar F-PACE in February 2025, and it has been a mechanical nightmare since the first week. Within days of purchase, the brakes began squealing. I returned it to the dealer immediately, yet the issue was never resolved and persists today. Shortly after, the headlight assembly failed completely, making the car unsafe to drive at night. Despite reporting these issues repeatedly to Sal, I was ignored for months. Recently, the engine light came on and the vehicle began shaking violently. After finally getting Sal to respond, I had the car towed back to them. After 15 days, I was hit with a repair estimate of over $6,400 for major engine components (cooling pipes, gaskets, and vacuum pumps). Many of these issues are clearly pre-existing defects that were present at the time of sale. Now, the dealership is hiding behind an 'As-Is' clause to avoid responsibility for selling a defective luxury vehicle. I am paying $782 a month for a car I cannot even drive safely. Do not be fooled by the friendly service during the sale—once you drive off the lot, they will abandon you with a broken car and thousands in repair bills."

Sal is the man you need to see when you’re looking for a luxury vehicle! Friendly, no pressure and an excellent communicator. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question with honesty and integrity. Staying well past closing time to complete the paperwork and got our deal done. A great car buying experience! Happy customer, I’ll be back.

I had one of the best experience at AutoMaxx with Sal. I called before showing up to make sure the car I was interested was still available. Sal made sure to bring the car upfront by the time I arrived, so I could see it right away on spot. The car looked as clean as in the pictures, no one tried to rush us or sell us a bunch of extra amenities to go with a car, which I really liked, he did mentioned some, but wasn’t pushy with it. We were able to get a good deal with nice finance options in less than 2h and happily drove off in our new car. He also made sure to keep in contact with me over the following week about the tag that we ordered and answered all the calls and text immediately, which is rare nowadays. Overall great experience, great cars, great service!

Recently I was in the market for a car for my daughter. She asked for specific make, model, color, and interior color that she wanted. I looked the internet over for months to find that special one. I found one but the sales rep was so rude and not willing to help with shipping - not doing business there. On to the next dealership which was Automaxx. Spoke to Sal, who was very helpful. Being new to shopping online as well as out of state, I was so nervous purchasing a car sight unseen and untouched. Sal made the whole process so easy. I spotted a couple of things for him to look at for repair. Sal took care of all the issues, as well as shipping the vehicle. He even endured all my text and phone calls.
