“We were in the market for a Volkswagen Jetta as a commuter car, this being the fourth Jetta we’ve purchased, as they’ve been excellent, reliable vehicles for us. Living in Eastern Oregon, we searched extensively but couldn’t find the “perfect” Jetta that checked all our boxes. While browsing Autotrader, we came across a Jetta priced about $4,000 less than comparable options, with everything we wanted (minus the sunglass holder, which we could live without). From the start, Kyler was transparent, responsive, and straightforward about pricing and options. After about a week of conversations, we decided to make the drive and purchase the car essentially sight unseen. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, and the process was smooth and attentive. Raul, who handled our financing and paperwork, was incredible, professional, patient, and thorough. After leaving the dealership, we noticed a specialty rear light wasn’t working. We returned immediately and learned the service department had not installed the $400 light. Although Raul had already left for the day, he came back to the dealership, printed the necessary paperwork, and processed the refund on the spot. I’m genuinely impressed with the sales team and the level of care and dedication they brought to our transaction. This was a great buying experience from start to finish. Update: The vehicle was supposed to be equipped with a safety brake light per the dealership’s protocol. Although one was installed, it was not functioning, which we did not discover until after leaving the dealership. We were initially told the dealership would correct the issue, but ultimately another dealership completed the repair. What was most concerning was the lack of clear communication and transparency throughout the process. Rather than receiving direct information upfront, it often felt like we were receiving inconsistent explanations. Additionally, after taking the vehicle home to Oregon, there was little communication regarding the licensing process, expectations, or next steps from the dealership or licensing department. I ultimately had to initiate multiple follow-ups myself and speak with three different managers on separate occasions before obtaining the information and paperwork needed to complete the Oregon DMV process.”
