“Typically I would rate this business as a 5 star. Always great service. Nice People. Complete and honest. However, today I experienced their AI system for the first time. Just plain awful. Endless loop. Finally got to a real person who transferred me and it put me back into the AI loop. I value customer service and the ability to ask questions that don't fit into an AI box. As a point of fact, I don't rate places on Google - ever. This, however, was so frustrating that I have decided to move on. Since I couldn't talk to anyone it gives me a signal that I need to find another car dealer because the personal service is now a thing of the past. And the only way to reach out to anyone was through a stupid Google rating system.”
