“Terrible service. Charged $500 diagnostic and stated it needed a computer update to fix misfire and steering issue . Vehicle was brought back to service department with the same issue less than an hour.. following day came back with a diagnosis of tuneup coils, fuel sensor and wiring issues with a bill of $4000. I voiced my concern that it was already misdiagnosed once what kind of guarantee do I have of repairs they said none we will rediagnose for free. Sounds like service technician is just swapping parts and no real diagnosis.. then they refused service. lol . I sent vehicle to another shop and was determined vehicle had leaky head gasket!”
