“Please read the full review- As an auto industry professional with over 30 years experience I'm not usually impressed when I'm the customer. Hypiatia listened to what I was looking to accomplish and was very responsive to my texts. We worked out the whole deal by text prior to me coming in to the store. When I arrived the vehicle was warmed up and ready to go. I was able to take a long test drive on my own. Finishing up the paperwork took less than an hour. Edit- the car broke down the next day and was un-driveable. The dealer refused to pay to have it towed back to the store and they don't have any after hours drop off so I'm taking it elsewhere for repair. Not a great customer experience after the sale.”
