“BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! They also (I dont know how - but anything less than 5 stars cant be posted) - These two gals are a scam. I should have realized the new paint job was an effort to put “lip stick on a pig”. I bought replaced - used Benz, repair cost about $4k. Before I agreed to buy I did notice a few problems that needed to be addressed - sent me to a shady mechanic in some rando location, that repaired the problem but broke another part attached to the problem making a new and worse, problem, also I asked the mechanic to look over for other problems - he said the car was in great shape- all within the week the car turned into a junk - likely have to donate for parts. I bought this for my daughter as new driver - and I didn't pay a lot less than 10k cash - but I would have rather known these were a problem that I could have budgeted in or find a different car. It’s unfortunate that a business owned by a woman is so untrustworthy. Shame on you! I was taken advantage of - I also trusted the reviews before I came - so I thought they were upstanding business. Ill be reporting to MA DMV and Better Business Bureau and google. I rarely write a business review for a small business because as a business owner myself you cant always please everyone - but this is ridiculous. No call backs from the owner. Ill be happy to remove my review from google if the owner takes responsibility and either refunds my money or makes the repairs. These were problems that they were aware of and tried to cover up.”

“Truth be told I usually hate buying cars because of previous experiences with used car dealers. But that all changed with my last transaction with Auto Gals. I had been looking for a reasonably priced suv for my daughter for a few weeks. It seemed like every time I went to look at a car in her price range i wasted my time because of misleading posts and advertisements or misleading photos. I had taken time out of my work day many days just to be disappointed and lied to. I came across a listing for a vehicle that Auto Gals was selling that fit my daughter's requirements. As soon as I met Harry at the Swansea Auto Gals I knew this was different. Harry was very pleasant and up front about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at. He immediately handed me the keys and said to take it for a test drive as long as i needed and put a dealer plate on it for me. After I decided to make the purchase he was very fair with the negotiation and we came to an agreement. The title was at the other location but he had an employee immediately drive it up to us. I told him I was going to get it registered and come back in the afternoon. He then called me and hour later and said while he was putting fuel in the car he noticed an issue that was not seen before. He brought it right to his mechanic and fixed the issue at no cost that same day. I was able to come get the vehicle the next day and everything was seamless. I will be referring anyone that I know to shop at Auto Gals if they are looking for a car in the future. By far my best used car deal experience!”
