“Bought my 2024 RAV4 Ltd using AAA Car Buying service after finding the model I wanted was in transit to Surprise Toyota and putting a hold on it. Price was okay, but they snuck in an extended warranty for $3,000. I've been driving Toyota's since 1975 and that's one thing you don't need. The salesman tried telling me that quality had dropped and I would have called him out for that, but AAA told me not to complain as it would hurt their relationship, so I just told him to remove it and he did. That's the reason for the -1 star. Other than that, they've been a great company to do business with. The RAV4 was delivered with a dark tint on the rear window that made it impossible to see out the back with the mirror, so they removed it for me. Additionally, I bought a Toyota authorized Catalytic Converter shield to prevent theft and asked them to install it expecting to pay around $100 for that. But they were concerned that it would rattle and didn't want to be held responsible for supporting and put it in for free. It doesn't rattle but I get their reasoning. It is a very nice dealership, but too far away to be my regular service location, so I've only been back one other time when I suddenly had a massive failure of the dynamic cruise control, and they were able get it working again as I headed out on a road trip. I would definitely use them more often if they weren't 35 miles away.”
