“One of the best car buying experiences I have had in the last 20 years, no joke and no I wasn’t paid to say that. I went in there to look at a used hellcat and met Alfredo who ended up being my sales guy. Literally everybody in this entire dealership offered me water, said hi multiple times offered me food, snack after snacks, legit just had good conversations with me, it felt like a family owned car dealership to me not like a crazy huge franchise type of an experience. I’m not the easiest buyer to deal with either, I’m extremely picky and expect to get what I pay for, so as always I expected the negotiating process to be difficult. Not only did they give me several thousand dollars more for my trade than any other dealer around there, they didn’t beat me down about the current condition of it, and at the end of the day I ended up in the general manager’s office whose name is Baraa (hopefully I spelled that right, however within five minutes of talking to him, he discounted the car Right into my comfort Level, agreed to do it everything I wanted to see fixed on the car. (Extremely nice guy, even shared photos of some of his cool car builds with me) It was the first time I was speechless that I reached a deal that I was comfortable with so quickly that I wasn’t exactly sure whether to sign or what to do lol They are newer dealership so they’re inventory is a little limited but they were bringing cars in left and right to fill up their dealership as I was there, I highly highly suggest if you’ve gotten the runaround from any other Dealer over here in the West Valley or anywhere that you go in there and give them a chance if they have a car you’re interested in. I pretty much hardly ever take the time to write a review, and my opinion it’s like a tip, you have to work for it or you don’t get it. I appreciate the entire sales team, And I’m really looking forward to picking up my hellcat here in a week when it’s ready! Last but not least, their financing process was extremely easy, they got me into low 7% rates with average credit where and anywhere anywhere else I shopped wanted 11 to 14%, I say give them a shot!”
