“I visited here about 3 weeks ago and maybe even longer. I left $500 deposit on an Audi I was thinking about buying. The next day I chose to go a different route and I informed them and requested my deposit back. I was told it would take 4-7 business days. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I have spoken And texted one of the service staff Mark who has continued to assure me that the money would be returned. It's been at least 3 weeks, maybe even Four and I still have not received my deposit back. They were ready to sell me a vehicle that was just brought in that day (and I admit that I did not have to put a deposit down), and I am trying to understand why it is taking so long for my money to be returned to me. Mark said that they are not in the business of keeping people's money, but I'm feeling the exact opposite right now. Not good business and how would you expect me to refer this business. I live in Long Island so coming to that part of Brooklyn is not ideal and I trusted the company to do right. They said everything that sounded good when there was a chance of me buying the vehicle. Once I changed my mind, so did their behavior towards me. Very sad and please return my deposit!”

“I had an amazing experience at Audi Brooklyn and couldn’t be happier. The entire team worked together to make everything possible, and because of that I was able to go home in my brand new 2025 Audi Q5.
Mark was absolutely outstanding — professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure everything was transparent and that all the numbers matched exactly as discussed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

“My experience with Audi Brooklyn started off rocky when I purchased my pre-owned VW Arteon last year - including a delayed registration, missed inspection findings, and a denied warranty repair shortly after purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups, the situation went unresolved for several months.
However, once I escalated the matter to General Manager Leo Menuzzo, he took full ownership, thoroughly investigated what went wrong, and ensured I was fairly reimbursed for the out-of-pocket expense I incurred. Leo’s professionalism, transparency, and commitment to making things right restored my confidence in the dealership’s leadership.
While my initial experience was disappointing, I greatly appreciate how the situation was ultimately handled - with accountability and fairness. Thank you, Leo, for helping bring this to a positive resolution!”

“I had the pleasure of being helped with Jay at Audi Brooklyn. He was the absolute best. He helped me get my first dream car. A pre-owned 2024 BMW X7 40i. Jay had so much patience and was dedicated and determine to get me into a nice vehicle. Which is exactly what he did. Everyone at Brooklyn Audi was amazing. The general manager Ali made sure I left that dealership happy. Which I did. If and when anyone goes down there make sure you ask for Jay.”
