Jose went well beyond expectations — he was professional, outgoing, and extremely friendly from start to finish. He truly made me feel valued as a customer. Mike Pallans also deserves recognition for maintaining such a high standard of service at this dealership. His leadership shows in how smoothly everything runs and how genuinely the team cares about customers. I would absolutely recommend Sawgrass Ford to anyone looking for top-notch service, and I will definitely return in the future. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine customer care — they’ve truly earned my trust and loyalty. I’ve taken my vehicle to Greico Ford several times I was always shocked how unprofessional and how incompetent they were. Three tim s for the same problem, they couldn’t fix it. Then I was sent over to Pines Ford. They did a really good job finding the problem that Greico Ford couldn’t locate however, they let someone steal my car out of their parking lot and then steal the parts off of it, and then they claimed absolutely no responsibility for it whatsoever! Sadly the management staff was the worst. They should’ve welcomed the car back to the dealership and replaced the parts at their loss so I wouldn’t have to make a claim in my insurance, but they refuse to do that and I took a hit on it with my insurance and the value of my vehicle dropped $5000. I wrote a review on their website and I renew it every year I’ve never experienced extremely unprofessional like that before. Later I went back to the original selling dealer that I bought the vehicle from ( actually two vehicles) Plantation Ford And they had a service writer named Angel who treated me terrible! He was caught lying and he kept using the term, “boss and bro” and was using unprofessional rhetoric like that. I found out about Sawgrass Ford Service from a friend. It’s true. I think they’re the number one in south Florida for professional maintenance and good Customer Service, in all South Florida and I was very skeptical at first. Kudos to the management team at Sawgrass Ford and to Jose. I will tell everyone what happened to me and why they should go to Sawgrass Ford for now on I’ve since sold my vehicle and pass it on to the new owners and directed them to continue with Jose and Mike. They will take care of them.”
