“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at Starr Motors. I was charged for the installation of new headlamps; however, upon inspection, I discovered the work had not been performed. Despite my attempts to resolve this via telephone, my calls to the service manager remained unreturned, forcing me to visit the dealership in person. During my visit, although the service representative claimed the paperwork indicated completion, it was evident the components had not been installed. The manager walked to inspect and said the headlamps were not installed. While a service technician offered to rectify the oversight that day, the service manager declined this solution, citing staffing shortages. This is unacceptable given that payment had already been collected for the service. This experience represents a significant lack of professional oversight and poor customer service. I was required to make multiple trips to your facility to eventually have the work completed, and no effort was made to compensate for the significant inconvenience caused by this negligence. I noticed they don’t even use disposable mats, plastic for seat covers or number tags when checking in vehicles. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that Starr Motors will take the necessary steps to improve their service standards and communication protocols.”

“In this day and time, customer service is a thing of the past, at Starr motors it is priority 1. I had a lift, rims and tires installed on my 2023 F150 and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Ms. Debbie in the service/parts dept. was remarkable to work with, her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail was priceless. The used car manager CJ made it a point to keep me informed of the progress each day as did Debbie. I highly recommend buying and/or servicing your vehicles at Starr motors, quality business managed by quality people.”

“Service center is not what it used to be. Dropped off Jeep for an appointment at 7:30a, was told it will be done by end of day. Rented a car so I could get to work. Rental staff is very nice. Called at noon for an update, nothing. Called again at 3p, letting them know again I get off at 4p, am I going to the dealership or home (hour away)? Finally was told the tech had to leave and it's not done. They ended up having it the whole next day too and because their tech left I had rental car for an extra day and they wouldn't cover that extra day. Really? $33 is too much for good customer service? I'm hesitant on going back.”

“Brought my car to them for an alignment and tire rotation picked it up that day and immediately noticed alignment wasn’t done correctly. So called them went back to the next day dropped car off all day again- this time they called me mid day and suggested a road force test (I said okay do it) picked it up and same thing alignment was pulling. I’m in &300 at this point… Got home and by 11 o’clock that night one of my tires had completely separated from my rim. Called them first thing Saturday morning they said there was nothing they could do beside me pay for a rental and have it towed to the dealership. They were closed Sunday so o had it towed first thing Monday morning go to pick it up that afternoon and they tried to charge me for fixing their mistake AND the tow (another $140) I was livid. The service technician tried to say my tire separated from my rim bc of my after market stem valve caps… spoke with the manager who understood my emotional state at that time he told them to give me my Keys and wanted to make it right… but I will never bring my car there again… AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The manager gave me hope in this situation so thank you for that but I won’t be coming back EVER!”

“I have been servicing my truck at Starr Motors for many years. I have never thought that they install lift kits on trucks until I had a conversation with one of the mechanics while I was waiting for my truck to have an oil change done. I was referred to speak to Ryan and Seth. Both gentlemen explained in detail the process and the length of time to install the kit. Once I was convinced to have it done, Ryan eventually did all the planning and scheduling for the installation, and Seth was the mechanic who installed the lift kit. I’ve had the truck for a few weeks now since the installation and the ride has greatly improved. Kudos goes to Ryan and Seth for the outstanding job. I would definitely continue to service my truck and as well as refer others to Starr Motors.”
