“Went with my girlfriend to look at trading in her 2018 4Runner on Wednesday. Told salesman, Norton Dablemont we wanted to think about it and come back Saturday to compare and possibly also hit a Toyota dealer. He found her a 2026 explorer demo with less than 1600 miles, got her an excellent price for the trade in, and got everything done in a few hours. No pressure or issues, she’s extremely happy with the great price for a 2026. Would definitely recommend Barton ford and Norton to anyone in the area looking for a great deal.”

“Thank you Rodney Smith for a great buying experience. Your low pressure, casual approach when we first met was spot on for me as I was just kind of 'dreaming' at the time and wasn't ready to talk numbers or details.
Awesome communication all along the way as we worked through the details and some punch list items.
The sale was quick and easy without a lot of hassle.
And as always, thanks Tracey Everitt for your engagement and commitment to delivering a great experience to your customers. It's great to have Barton Ford as a staple in our community.”

“They do not stand behind what they sell. Very unhappy. I love the truck but less than 800 miles battery died and a strong gas odor bald tire that passed Blue certified and inspection! Salesman was great but I will NEVER use Barton Ford again.”

“I would like start off by saying that Gabriel was AWESOME. Super cool guy, listened to my concerns I felt well taken care of from the start with him. I bought a car from Mike the sales guys a few years back and my experience was great (don't worry, it was a Honda). Everyone inside the dealership is always friendly and helpful, and im SURE the technicians in the back are worth thier weight in gold having to work on these new fords everyday. My "beef" isnt with any of the staff, it's with the dealership as a whole. Their diagnostic costs are through the roof in my opinion as are thier labor costs as well. Im sure its comparable with other dealers in the area which is probably because the way the vehicles are made nowadays (hard for customers to fix themselves) and how much warranty work is pilling up in the shop. It was going to be 3 grand for replacing the lead frame in the transmission of my transit. $450 for diagnostic fees (I also wanted the water pump vacuum tested because its a known issue and again, its a chain driven pump so really hard to diy) I was hoping my extended warranty was going to pay for all this but of course that didn't work out either. I brought it to these guys because Mike the salesman gave me a tour of the service area when I bought our Honda from here and me being somewhat mechanically inclined, I feel in love with the service facility (It really is a nice shop back there) but for 3 grand, I could almost put a brand new transmission in it for that.
Im my opinion, if you're not getting warranty work done I would find a smaller shop that doesn't charge so much for labor and diagnostics. Lesson learned..
Thanks again Gabriel!”
