“I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the dealership and wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team who made the process so smooth and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Vito, my car salesman, who was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free.
I’m also very grateful to Andrew, the sales manager, for his professionalism and support throughout the process. It was clear that he truly cares about customer satisfaction and ensuring everything comes together the right way.

“I had an outstanding experience with the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury, specifically working with Lilo. Even though I wasn’t an existing service customer, he spent over 30 minutes walking me through every detail of a vehicle I’m considering purchasing. He thoroughly reviewed prior services performed, explained the current mechanical condition based on technician notes, outlined exactly what their CPO process includes, and even verified warranty coverage.
He genuinely didn’t owe me any of that time — but he gave it anyway. Knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly helpful. Based on this interaction alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to service my vehicle here. Ask for Lilo — he’s the best.”

“Recently acquired a Mercedes GLC 300. I had the pleasure to work Christopher Leigh, he made the whole process easy including the negotiating. He took care of all the paperwork in a timely matter which is much appreciated.
Chris made sure the vehicle had been prepared correctly for delivery and took time to go over the vehicle features.
