Exceptional Service, Kervens Noel is a Credit to the Brand As someone who has owned multiple luxury vehicles over the years, I have high expectations for the level of service that should accompany a brand like Range Rover. I can say without hesitation that my experience at Herb Chambers Boston was superlative, due in large part to Kervens Noel. Kervens is an absolute professional who truly went above and beyond. His customer care skills are far beyond what any client could reasonably expect; he manages the process with a level of detail, patience, and genuine care that is rare in this industry. Management should be commended for hiring someone of his caliber—he is the gold standard for what luxury service should be. The dealership as a whole operates with a refreshing sense of honesty. From the moment you are greeted by Terry at the front desk—who is truly the kindest and most welcoming person—you feel like you are in the right hands. It is rare to leave a dealership feeling 100% confident in your decision, but Kervens and the team ensured I did. If you value a seamless, honest, and high-end experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Kervens.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly which I really appreciated. We had great experience with Land Rover Sudbury. Getting there is a little out of the way but I am glad I took the time to go try Land Rover. I was in the market for a Jeep or Bronco. With the Defender I have all the fun with an elevated driving experience. We worked with Alex he was good about getting us through the process quickly wich was our main objective. I have had the car for about a week so far I am thrilled with Land Rover

I absolutely am not satisfied with the service we received. The only positive part of the experience was the way Christian handled the situation when we came to pick up our vehicle. He was very professional and courteous. He should be recognized for his integrity and professionalism. There were 225 miles put on our vehicle with no drive log to account for any of the miles. The oil was overfilled, I took a full quart out to bring it to the correct level. We had the you take care of the state inspection which the vehicle did not pass initially, no one communicated this to us and I had to find out when we picked it up and I read the inspection report. When mentioning this to Christian he was very prompt in resolving the issue. Turns out it was inspected a second time and passed but there was no report provided that showed the vehicle had passed. Multiple issues that were not mentioned and only discovered because I was diligent and read the paperwork. Communication was worse than abysmal. You had our vehicle for 2 weeks when we were told 1 week and no one would return phone calls or text messages when we reached out. The only way to talk to someone was to call the main line and speak with the receptionist who would say that the service department is very busy and someone will call back. This never happened. We have been bringing our vehicle to you for 8 years and bought a defender from you in January. We will not be returning. It takes us 2+ months to put that many miles on our vehicle but one or more of your employees felt it was acceptable to drive it substantially more than what would be needed for a road test after the work that was done. In my opinion that is theft. We did NOT give permission for our vehicle to be used for any reason only to be serviced. We are extremely disappointed with the way Herb Chambers operates. We will be going to a different dealership in the future.
